The Lot we will describe a dramatic scene with great detail. Christ now deposed
from the cross, is lowered into the tomb, where, in the foreground, are supported instruments
of martyrdom. The centrality of the scene is not Christ, rather shadow, but a man
pictured from behind, which places the corpse in the tomb for help placing your
foot to the inside of the tomb, reminds us of the Deposition by caravaggio but that will be painted
almost a century later. Central to the Lady fainted, and sustained by a woman and with the face
covered by a vescapo blue, which covers the red robe, the mother argues with his
the hand of the son, and both are supported by a woman who keeps her
focus on the blessed Virgin mary. The images are a crescendo of emotions.
In the foreground, on the right, Mary Magdalene, prostrated with hats caresses the hand
abandoned martyr, yet his clothes are a riot of color, under the red robe
it appears the corset yellow, and the puffs of the wide sleeves and white.
